The process
Onboarding
Get your employees off to a great start by bringing in a licensed expert to give an overview of the benefits. Individual meetings are scheduled during orientation.
Newly Eligible
1-on-1 meetings with a licensed benefits specialist for all newly eligible/new hire employees creating a customized benefits package.
Life Events
Ad hoc meetings throughout the year as needed adjusting the employees benefits and helping them through life changes
Yearly Benefit Reviews
Periodic benefit reviews with employees to promote company culture, increase employee communication, and receiving valuable feedback
Annual Enrollment
On-site, telephonic, and technical support during the busiest time of the year for the human resources department.
